- Hi I am Nitrogen! I move from the atmosphere to the soil in forms oof rain or snow! BRRRRRR COLDDD
- For plants to use me, I have to be transformed through nitrogen fixation. This aids me in converting myself from the atmosphere into forms that plants can absorb me through their roots.

- Thirdly, I now move from organic materials to an inorganic form so plants can use me. HOW COOL IS THAT?
- Then I go through nitrification, which is when the ammonia in the soil is converted into compounds called nitrates. This produces extra nitrogen that could be absorbed by the plants through their root systems.

- Now, I am in the form of NO3 & ammonia! Now let me blow your mind; a plant absorbed me from the soil with the aid of its roots! Sadly, a rabbit came and ate the plants!
- Then, I go through a process called denitrification in wet soils. Bacteria that is denitrified convert me from nitrate into gaseous nitrogen. After that, I am then released back into the atmosphere. I keep repeating this process so I could maintain the right percentage of nitrogen in the atmosphere.
