- How’s it going, Hector?
- Good. So, have you settled in your new place?
- Yeah, it’s nice having my own place now, after being in Milwaukee for about, what?... a year now?
- That's good. So now that you have your own private space, are you entertaining friends?.... if you know what I mean?
- Yeah. It’s really nice now to invite people over in my private space. Especially since where I was living before with roommates, there was no privacy.
- Yeah, I remember that.
- Plus, I wasn’t really out with any of my roommates...
