- In 1954, blacks and whites were not allowed to attend the same school. This started to Brown vs Board of Education. Blacks and whites were seperated because of there race.
- Your not allowed here. You are a black person. Go Away!
- Why not? This school is the closest to my home. I should be able to come here
- What happened?
- They said I wasn't allowed in because of my color
- No more Black Kids!!
- This is a white school only!!
- Black Kids are dangerous!!
- Parents and Children decided to challenge the Plessy decision and have their children enrolled in schools closer to them.
- I believe blacks and whites should be able to attend the same school.
- The judge refused to do what they asked an the demand on black schools having better facilities were ignored.
- Blacks will stay in there rightful schools and white will stay in theres. My decision is final/
