" Well, well, well. Guess you finally met my dearest sister?"
" So you did know there was a ghost! How could you lie! I thought, I thought you-"
" Well you thought wrong! The house of Usher will not fall! It's time for it to rise! And i will do anything, anything for our dynasty to rise and end the curse, no matter the consequences.
" We built a dynasty that heaven couldn't shake. We built I dynasty like nothing ever made. We built a dynasty forever couldn't break up! "
" I warned you.. MADMAN! HE IS A MADMAN
I ran, and ran , and ran. Until a solid body formed in front of me, causing me to halt. I met Usher's crimson eyes as his lips peeled forming a silent snarl. I tried to take a step back, but faulted on my feet and tripped.
" Balekin, end him. End the curse we have been living in for 500 years! We have brought a living soul, give the soul to my sister who's been oppressed by injustice!"
Tears clouded my vision before i started to sob uncontrollably. I could tell we were in a tomb. The richly gothic place was so dark that the only light cap from the unliving creature. Everything smelt of blood and mold, this time I couldn't hold it and retched on the dark, cool tiles .
" Thee who shall not be named, I am making this sacrifice to give us back our legacy! It's time for the rise of the house of usher!"
Just like that suddenly everything was shaking, rubble sprinted go the stone floor as the ghost of lady Madeline started to swirl like a tornado. I was screaming, pleading, begging for everything to stop. Amid the mess, a cloaked figure stepped out of the shadows holding a sharp glistening knife.
He was now chanting, and praying to someone. Usher held out his hands and cupped them downward instead of upward. Everything was a haze.
I felt the cold metal of the knife pressed to my neck. Slowly applying pressure until a warm drop of blood trailed down the slope of my neck. I was screaming and crying so hard that my throat burned at the effort of trying to produce a sound.
