- Another example of how Odysseus was a good leader is, when Odysseus encountered the enchantress, she tried to distract him. Odysseus made sure he didn't get distracted and instead protected his men from the deadly song. Odysseus could have left his men behind and found a way out for just himself, but his first thought was to save himself and his men.
- Finally the last example on why Odysseus is a good leader. when he came back to Ithaca after all those years, he came home to tons of suitors at his door begging for his wife saying it was time to remarry. Being the Clever, resourceful man he was he disguised himself as a suitor. It would've taken a lot for a good man in general to do that for their wife that they have not seen in years. it was also Penelope's patience and ability to wait that got her through those long years waiting.
- Even though Odysseus did bad things he was doing them for the right reasons, and he was a good leader because he always kept his eye on whatever he wanted to accomplish
