Billy and the Loanshark
Storyboard Tekst
- Billy had zero dollars, and needed some money for a new car to get to his job
- So Billy walked to his local Loanshark to ask for money
- The Loanshark agreed to give him money, but only on one condition
- Everyday Billy did not pay back his loan, the loanshark would add 10 dollars to what Billy had to pay, along with a meet and greet with his goons.
- But then Billy realized he has a minimum wage job with no benefits, working at 15 dollars an hour
- Billy, happy with this agreement, sure he could pay it back without issue, borrowed 3 thousand dollars from the loanshark and walked home
- When the loanshark came to discuss how Billy would pay him back, Billy had a hard time explaining. He told the loan shark he didn't know how long it would take to pay back the 3 thousand
- The loanshark was very displeased and explained to Billy that if he worked 15 dollars an hour and 40 hours per week, he would have 2.6 thousand in a month
- One month later if Billy couldn't pay...
- Billy knew this would be bad because he would then meet the loanshark's goons, most likely in a crummy bathroom where nobody could save him from a not so good time.
- Then Billy realized if he works 50 hours a week overtime, he would make 3000 by the end of the month, avoiding the meet and greet with the loanshark's goons
- Until he realized he had no money left for food or shelter
- Billy worked the overtime and made the 3 thousand, and living happily ever after
