- General Mier Y Teran made a report saying that they need to send more Mexican troops to Texas because there was too much Anglos in their area.
- Battle of Gonzales

- General Santa Anna destroys the Constitution of 1825, takes over Mexico, and becomes dictator.
- Battle of the Alamo
- Stephen F. Austin was arrested by the Mexican government upon Santa Anna's request.
- Battle of San Jacinto
- Santa Anna sent the Mexican Army to retrieve a cannon from the Texans. This is what caused the Battle of Gonzales. The Texans defeated the Mexican Army.
- Colonel William B Travis and the rest of Alamo Defenders were killed at this battle. This led to the rally call of "remember the Alamo".
- Santa Anna surrenders to General Sam Houston, which ends the Texas Revolution.
