- A normal day for every family started until they heard the devastating news on the television about the impending arrival of a typhoon.
- Mom? I heard that the upcoming typhoon is quite strong. What can we do now to prepare?
- Don’t worry baby. Now, all we have to do is follow the guidelines set by our community leaders. We will be fine, okay?
- Later that day, Jc - a member of a youth organization - went to every family’s house to invite everyone to join the Pre Crisis Preparedness Orientation.
- Good Day Ma’am. I am Jc from Youth Organization, and I would like to invite you to the Pre-Crisis Preparedness Orientation today from 4pm to 6pm at the multi purpose hall. Also, please bring all of your important belongings and unplug all the electronic devices.
- Sure. Thank you for the invitation. I will just prepare my things.
- The hall was filled with people when they arrived. When the orientation began, they formed a circle, and the social action, which included Jc, discussed many of the preparations and information they needed for the upcoming storm.
- Everyone, this typhoon has the ability to destroy our town, particularly your homes and it could cause many lives. I need your ears to listen to every detail that I will be stating.
