- But Sir... Thank you Sir for the opportunity and congratulations Charles. I would like to be excused if we are done sir.

- You both worked very hard but as you know I have to choose one person for this position, the most hark worker and that is Charles.
- Good Morning. First of all I would like to thank you both for the presentation and I was impressed by the dedication and hard work .
- Thank you very much Sir I am overwhelmed I didn't expect this. I promise not to disappoint you
- It's Monday morning, the big day Martha and Charles have been waiting for. Today the CEO will appoint a suitable candidate to handle a first big company project and they're both excited.

- The Global ICC handler, we have been looking for you everywhere, congratulations, don't thank me yet you deserved it.

- I knew there were bad news judging from your facial expression, I am sorry to hear that.

- Martha I know now you're sad and it's not easy for you to accept this but one day you will understand this position is not for females it needs hard working man like Charles. So if you can excuse me I am busy.
- I will just get straight to the point. You know exactly I am the one who suppose to get that deal, you're always late, you don't work hard as I do and you know nothing about this company. How come you get the deal not me and what did Mr Smith mean by "this position is not for females it needs hard working man like Charles" ??..
- Mr Smith (CEO) called Martha and Charles in the boardroom for the presentation so that he can select the candidate.
- CHARLES'S OFFICE
- Good Morning Sir.
- I don't know what you're talking about, you just need to accept I am better than you that's all. If you're done please close the door behind you I am busy with the biggest deal I don't have time for chit chats.
- On lunch time Martha tried to avoid her colleagues because she was disappointed and didn't want to talk to anybody but they found her and they were excited wanting to congratulate her.
- Thank you for believing in me guys, i also thought i deserved it but Mr Smith think otherwise.
- After talking to the colleagues Martha decided to go to the CEO's office and try to understand the whole situation.
- Sir with all due respect I don't understand how come Charles get the Global deal but I have been working hard and i never disappointed you even once but he did the opposite, I think it's unfair
- From the CEO'S office she went to Charles's office to ask him too about the CEO's decision.
