- The Neolithic Revolution domesticated livestock and plants. While it was essential for this to happen, it had both negative and positive results. Some negative ones included closer living spaces, which introduced more disease and conflict, and it had a negative impact on the environment. The main reason this was good was because the food resource was way more reliable than hunting and gathering.
- During the British Agricultural Revolution, many farming techniques were introduced. There was the four crop rotation that kept nutrients in the soil. They also made boundaries of property with hedges, and switched from using a sickle to scythes. These were good innovations because farming efficiency increased.
- The Green Revolution was started by Norman Borlaug. He introduced bio technical things to the agricultural world. One example, is a hybrid wheat plant that was immune to disease and could produce more while still being a sturdy plant. The main goal of the revolution was to improve crop production in countries with poverty, so that people wouldn't starve, which worked very well. Many countries were effected by it like Mexico and India.
