- Mabel and her husband have recently moved to the Jacksonville area to enjoy retirement. Their favorite hobby is bird watching, as it connects them with other individuals with the same interest. Mabel's number one wish is to join a bird watching club in her county.
- Mabel is Determined to Contact the Society
- Mabel begins by searching Audubon societies in Duval County, Florida. The first link to pop up is the Duval Audubon Society, so she clicks on it to find more information.
- The society's website frustrates Mabel, because she can't figure out how to join the society. She thinks the website is unorganized and it's hard to find important information quickly. She decides to call it a day and try to find the information to call the society tomorrow.
