- Next, Chief Cleus went to check on the knights stationed right outside Cell Castle and across the moat.
- Greetings Knight Memy Membrane! I heard you're in charge now! How's everything going? Are we prepared for the invasion?
- Oh Chief Cleus; morning! Didn't see you there! Anyway, to answer your question, everything's going well and security's as strong as it can get!
- Just doing my job which is to serve as as a second barrier to Cell Castle and selectively transport goods in and out of the castle! Not to mention that I also need to prevent evil people from getting inside the castle!

- Knight Memy functioned somewhat like the cell membrane in cells but instead of transporting goods, membranes transported proteins and other molecules.
- Chief Cleus then went to check on Cell Castle's kitchen which contained a garden right outside. The garden and kitchen combined were called the Nucleolus Garden Kitchen. The garden-kitchen was where all the food ingredients in the castle were produced.
