- Mrs. Smith: Today we will be learning about the cell theory. It's a bit more complicated than you think. But first, we are going to take a trip on the magic van! Are you guys ready for a fun adventure?!
- Abby: Ok!!
- Mrs. Smith: We are going to take a trip allllllll the way back to 1590 through this time portal to see where the cell theory all started!
- Both kids: Yay!
- Mrs. Smith: We have arrived in 1590, back when the cell theory all started.
- Yes, we are ready!
- Mrs. Smith: it looks like we have made it back to 1590, are you kids ready to explore?

- Mrs. Smith: The three parts of the cell theory are:1. All organisms are composed of one or more cells.2. The cell is the basic unit of structure and organization in organisms.3. All cells come from pre-existing cells.
