- This is not fair, I will file a Complaint for Illegal Dismissal with Money Claims for nonpayment of 13th month pay and service incentive leave pay against Autobus. I will fight for what should be given to me.

- The petitioner appealed the decision to theNLRC as they were not satisfied with the decision of the Labor Arbiter. As stated in the Decretal Portion of the decision rendered dated 28 September 2001: It was shown in the records that the complainant, Antonio Bautista, was paid on a commission basis.
- Considering all the circumstances, I hereby modify the assailed Decision…the award of the 13th month pay to the complainant will be deleted but all the other findings are AFFIRMED.
- The incentive should also be removed I Can't accept this I will re appeal
