- It then goes to the committee for discussing or debating; the bill may not pass here
- Sounds good! Now, the bill is almost a law!!

- Then it goes to the house of represenatives to make their own version of the bill

- After that, it goes to the Conference Comittee to align the two bills as close as possible
- Lastly, the president can sign the bill, and turn it into a law.
