- Bree, being a beauty queen who lost her confidence, was full of hope and made it to the next level. She joined manual therapy, and the PWEDE PA for PWDs that made her feel more empowered. They had seminars, and TED talks in which they shared their views about the world, what makes them feel less, and why they should continue to live against all odds.
- The said program also has built a self-help groups in which Bea met different kinds of people with the same goals.
- FLASHBACK...
- The PWEDE PA for PWDs was the reason behind Bea’s confidence now. She was inspired and motivated to live outside her comfort zone. And her experiences motivated her to create an organization to raise awareness about scoliosis. She has now returned to come up on the stage without any signs of fear and hesitation.

- The people in there empowered me, and all the others like me. They gave us the confidence and courage to continue in striving for a better life and breaking the barriers that limits us.

- So that was my journey. The people in the PWEDE PA for PWDs project along with my therapy sessions helped me a lot in gaining myself back.

- That was an amazing story by a beauty queen herself who struggles but learned to stand up. You touched millions of hearts and counting. No doubt you're a 10-year beauty queen of the North.
