- This track meet is amazing because I won my event in the 100 meter dash.
- Lu is a middle schooler who is albino and sometimes gets made fun of. His dad was a drug dealer when his dad was in high school, but now that Lu is older his dad is working to stop people from taking drugs. Lu joined the track team because his dad wanted him to try out and then he liked it.
- My mom Makes fruit sculptures for her job and I help her on the weekends.
- In the summer Lu's mom has a fruit business and it is booming so Lu has a job running the fruit to people who ordered it. He doesn't really like doing it. But he doesn't share that.
- This is me at track practice. Coach always goes very hard on us at practice.
- Lu's dad ran against Lu's coach, who they call turtle, when they were kids but turtle was always faster. Later Lu's dad sold drugs to turtle in exchange for his gold medal that he won at the Olympics.
- To conclude those were the most important scenes that impacted Lu's life. Also those three scenes changed how Lu felt about things for example he was very mad that his dad sold drugs to his coach and he never gave the gold medal back to his coach until Lu wanted him to give the gold medal back because his coach earned that gold medal. In addition those scenes had the most dialogue and moved the story plot forward. So that's why I chose those Three scenes.
