  • Lewis I think that you have let go of the things that you love like playing golf and riding your bike. Try to implement these things back into your life.

  • Now that I've gotten past my old routines and gotten into healthy routines, I'm able to wake up with a smile each morning. I've also involved myself more with my family and friends through physical activity.
