- you got no right to come in my room this here's my room. nobody got any right in here but me
- come on in set a while long as you won't get out and leave me alone you might as well set down.
- Lennies going into the barn. When george and everybody else's is in old susy's.
- well, i got a right to have a light. You go on get outta my room. I ain't wanted in the bunkhouse, and you ain't wanted in mt room.
- I ain't doing nothing just come to look at my puppy. And i seen your light
- Lennie meets crook for the first time. and crook tells Lennie to leave
- why aint you wanted?
- cause i'm black. They play cards in there, but I can't play because i'm black. They say i stink. well, I tell you, all of you stink to me.
- Crook telling Lennie that George might not come back from town. and him telling him about his childhood.
- All but old candy. He just sets in bunkhouse sharpening his pencil and sharpening and figuring
- all the boys gone into town , huh
- Lennie telling Crook that he just wanted to see his puppy and saw his light. crook telling why he isn't wanted in the bunkhouse.
- Lennie asking why Crook he isn't wanted in the bunkhouse. Crook explaining why they don't want him in the bunkhouse.
- Crook asking Lennie were the boys are. Lennie telling Crook that every body else is at old susy's
