- LES made me realize that embarking on a learning journey can be challenging. This module required dedication and effort pushing me to engage in intricate tasks. Tasks such as academic writing skills, critical thinking and analysis, referencing, and debating became essential components of my journey, each presenting unique challenges. This experience instilled discipline and the ability to tackle multifaceted challenges and it also emphasized the importance of these skills in my academic life and workplace.
- Besides all the challenges that I have faced, I have learned how to reference using the Harvard referencing style, paraphrasing became a daily exercise in order to avoid plagiarism, and debate taught me how to communication and quick-thinking skills. Additionally, I have learned how to write an academic paper or essay.
- All these skills can be implemented throughout my academia and life. Being able to critically analyse and think can also be implemented in the workplace. Academic writing skills, paraphrasing, and referencing can also be implemented in writing papers or conducting research.
