- Last night I did some research and I found out who the Dahomey Women warriors really were. They weren't just 'amazon', 'warrioress', or 'solideress"

- They were a team of strong women who fought in combat to protect their society.

- They were so much more than just wives to the king and I want to not only embody that story but I also want to rewrite it!
- I want to rewrite the story to include more about them as people. Who were they? How did they train? What did they eat? What were their relationships like.
- Until that story is told we will never be able to fully understand their impact!
