- After Moleboheng selects a date and time, she also chooses the language preferred and communication channel to be used. She receives a message confirming her nurse's  consultation.

- Mleleboheng receives an email reminder from the system on the day of her consultation with a nurse. 
- Moleboheng has a consultation with a nurse at the date and time set about the symptoms she is having.
