- Madame Curie began working alone in small laboratory that she shared with a group of scientists, and then they took her out because they did not like a woman being a scientist and researching the science.
- She and her new husband are conducting in depth research on the new discovery of two chemical elements, radium and polonium.
- They are nominated for a nobel prize, but she had just had her new baby so, only her husband could go to testify to everything they discovered and how they did it
- her husband dies and leaves her alone with two daughters, she has problems and everyone discriminates and criticizes her
- she stays with her husband's position, as a professor at the Sorbonne University, she continues to have problems and the others are mean to her
- Even nobel prize in chemistry dominates her and wins, in the end she decided to do something else with her last years of life, donated x-ray machines to save parts of the group of soldiers who fought in the First World War.
