- This morning I woke up and got out of bed,I then put on a long white robe and called for my secretary to come bring me my schedule.I then call for my servants who help me wash and shave.I then put on a linen kilt and leather sandals and make my way downstairs.
- I then go downstairs greet my wife and get ready for breakfast.My breakfast consist of bread and fruit.After that I head out to work on chariot to my estate on the bank of the Nile river.I meet my estate overseer and he gives me the latest information on my cattle and geese, and he informs me on their expectations for the harvest.We go on a tour watching slaves carry baskets of grapes and pomegranates.
- After my mornings work I join my overseer for a lunch and some of our estates wine.I grab a siesta because of the heat.At the estate I meet up with a friend and go hunting for wildfowl and I'm able to get one bird while my friend gets two.
- I come home to see my wife getting ready for our guests.Our servants help her to speed things up.I quickly go upstairs to change and get ready myself.I hand my servant the bird and he gets it ready.I come downstairs quick to see my children still playing outside.
- After a while the guests start to arrive one by one.Some of them come on chariots others carried on decorated couches.Eventually all the guests have arrived and everyone is ready for dinner and we have a six course meal.
- We start dinner which is a meal of duck,geese, roasted oxen,fish,gazelle, and goat.After for dessert we have melons,pistachios,pomegranates,fig,and dates on golden plates.We give the guests some wine and provide entertainment with music and dancing.The guests love it but soon after that it is time to leave and they all go home on their chariots and decorated couches.The place is a mess so the servants start to clean as I go to bed.
