- hello governor carter, we have aproblem with regular citizens and students being gathered up on buses with covid-19 going on. We feel as though it should be sperate buses so theres no issues.
- yes! it's really becoming a issue. where as though. students are being obnoxious and causing mayhem.

To help the spread of covid-19 slow down and to stop the intervene between students and regular citizens. But, when the school year is over this bill will then not be in effect, but while the school year is active this bill will be in effect immediately.
