Some to the common pulpits, and cry out'Liberty, freedom, and enfranchisement!'
Liberty! Freedom! Tyranny is dead!Run hence, proclaim, cry it about the streets.
People and senators, be not affrighted;Fly not; stand stiff: ambition's debt is paid.
All the senators kneel to Julius Caesar.
Oh, yes! The senators have favoured us by slaughtering that resilient Caesar. Under his rule, we were slaves. What do you feel about it?
"Never!" This can't be true. He was such a great dictator. He was the one keeping us safe under his rule. Oh, Caesar the Mighty!
Casca first, then the other Conspirators and Brutus stab Caesar. Caesar realised that Brutus was equally a part of the conspirators and he says his last words,"Et tu, Brute! Then fall, Caesar."("Even you, Brutus!")
My love, don't you still see that Caesar has done so little for us? Still, you go against me. This is a common misunderstanding.
You think just for yourself. So you say he has done little? If it weren't for him, we would not only be homeless but starving for food under some others rule.
The senators had accomplished their plan. Now, having Caesar dead. The senators thought they achieved liberty and freedom. Cinna, Brutus and Cassius ordered some of the senators to expose Caesar's death to the people by leaving the senate and setting off on to the streets.
Oh, no! I hadn't thought of that. My greediness and misconceptions are the reasons for this. I would be no different than the senators.
Oh, now you understand.
The Mighty Caesar's death has now made its way to everyone's ears. Some were in favour of Caesar's death and some against it.
Most of the population remained neutral. However, it changed the whole of Rome and its empire. Caesar's death was the start of many civil wars.
Caesar's death not only sparked civil wars but also hatred for the senators. As a result, rather than bringing liberty and freedom, it had resulted in a massacre.
