स्टोरीबोर्ड पाठ

  • England!?!
  • Ebo... you're brother has left already to find england and get a job there. He said he will come back for you once it's time.
  • Seriously? How am i supposed to find a single person in this huge city!
  • You're brother must be residing somewhere around here, good luck! I'm sure you will find him.
  • Alright, we get it here take it and get us across the desert safely.
  • Alright, that would be 60 dollars per passenger, now pay up!
  • My journey starts in a small village in Syria where I lived with my brother and sister. My sister already left a long time ago in search of Europe for a better life for all of us and we never seen her since... When I wake up I see that my brother has left the house and I go to search for him until I search for all the places he would ever be until a fellow villager tells me a devastating truth. I am shocked and I decide that I will NOT lose my only other family member again.
  • Thank you so much Razak..
  • I know its not in the best condition but its the best thing you will get if you dont have much money.
  • I realize that it has not been too long since my brother left and to get to England you need to go through the city of Agadez first. I have little to no money so I earn a spot on the bus with my impressive talent for singing and enjoy the bumpy road to the city, once I reach after a couple of hours I search and ask people if they have found my brother to which most people responded as no but then this one woman told me she saw somebody who goes by that name and face pass by and then she shows me an even bigger portion of the city and my hopes of finding my brother get crushed.
  • I guess there is nothing i can do about it...
  • But you showed us a picture of an actual boat not this!
  • I SAID GET IN THE BOAT NOW! DID YOU NOT HEAR ME?
  • PAY UP AND GET IN THE BOAT NOW!
  • After many hours of searching throughout the city, I finally find my brother (Kwame) while being hired as a lead singer for someone's wedding, apparently, while I was being a lead singer he was a waiter and when I saw him I ran over to him and gave him a big hug. He asked me what I was doing here and after some explaining, he decides it was okay to let me join him on his way to England so after working for months in Agadez we finally save enough money for a trip across the desert, hopefully leading us to England.
  • After a while of traveling in the old jeep, it soon broke down so the owner had to call his friends to pick him up and completely deserted us, with our money, and now we were stuck in the desert with nowhere to go. After a while we decided to just walk and came to a conclusion that the desert cannot be so big and we must have crossed most of it by now so on we went until we finally reached another checkpoint which we used to buy ourselves with the rest of the money we had to get to the city of Tripoli. Once we reached one of Kwame's friends who lived in the city he told us about a few homes that were abandoned but were mostly safe if you did not have any enemies in the city.
  • After spending a few months in the city we saved up a lot of money, though my brother did not tell me how much we saved he said that it would be enough to buy us a nice boat to take us all the way to England. After talking to the captain we paid our money but to our horror it turned out the captain was scamming us and a few weeks ago when he showed us a nice big boat it all turned out to be a big lie, when we went to the designated location the boat we got was a raft that looked like it could burst at any moment. My brother tried arguing but when he brought out a gun from his pocket we it was of no use.
  • After being forced to go on the raft, a hole forms and water leaks in so we decide that we need to flip the boat over in order to stop the puncture on the boat from becoming worse and after some time another ship full of refugees like me saves me but sinks and my brother sadly passes away while I was saved by the Australian coast guards and now I am brought into a hospital, once I had recovered I was greeted with a great surprise as I realize my sister who is now a adult is still alive and she was here the entire time. Apparently she saw on the news of the ship sinking and the survivors and that was how she found me.
