  • Staff members on lunch at the canteen at work
  • I just got out from the elevator and this man just starred at me and stood on my way. Not only he did that, he throwed a compliment that left me in disbelief.
  • So I am not thee only who is experienceing this?!
  • Female staff are having a meeting during lumch
  • Ladies we really cannot keep this to ourselves.
  • I fully agree with you. We really have to deal with it before it gets out of hand.
  • The Spar manager does unwelcome gestures and throws sex-related jokes to his employees/

  • A trade union representative is permitted to hold meetings with employees outside their working hours at the employees remises. 
  • In terms ofSection 14 of the LRA shop stewars have a right to assist and represent employees at grievance, disciplinary proceedings at their request.

  • Management has promised the employees to take appropriate action in accordance with this code, when instances of sexual harrassment which occur within the workplace are brought to their attention.
