- Carlos Martinez a worker in the twin towers walks into work like any other unsuspecting day. Stephan Thomas clocks into his work as a firefighter and Rhonda Evans gets out of bed with no worries. Then one explosion changes there whole day. (explosion)
- Climax
- Carlos feels the plane go right into his building. He has to figure a way out, while all of his coworkers are trying to escape together he goes the opposite direction despite his coworkers recommendation and he starts running toward the to what seems to be the fire. Then Stephan and Rhonda get the call.
- Falling Action
- Stephan is in the first batch of firefighters there and he sprints in, Rhonda arrives second later and runs past police to get in and Stephan runs to the top floor while Rhonda flies up flights of stairs coughing from the ash, meanwhile Carlos is alone and afraid to climb down this skinny pole.
- Resolution
- Rhonda reaches the story of her husbands workplace and he is on the ground coughing near death. Stephan goes up and up then finds Carlos who is crying in his own near death situation so he denies his other duty's and puts him on his own shoulders and carries him down. They climb down and see Rhonda and he husband. They all make it down and out alive.
- They are out and hugging in happiness. Carlos and Rhonda's husband are in the hospital, but then the cops come. "Rhonda Evans and Stephan Thomas you are under arrest." You guys both did the opposite of cooperating with the police and more people died than you guys saved.
- Rhonda and Stephan both explain that they may have broken a law or disobeyed an order they saved a life that most likely would have been lost without them. The police dropped all of the charges and all of them are recognized as heroes and survivors of 9-11.
