- Were you able to come up with positive effects of Brain drain in Jamaica for question 11? I mostly found negative effects. Such as loss in capital outlay from primary to tertiary, Loss of future taxes that would have been generated, Loss of skills which would contribute to national development and creates highly indebted economies, similar to that of Jamaica.
