- First up is Mr Adam´s
- In a small, old town there are children collecting rocks. The children are collecting smooth, flat rocks not sharp ones. There are men and women walking around watching the children collect the rocks. The people are happy but nervous at the same time.
- Climax
- Mr summers is medium aged lonely man with no wife or kids, but he finds a way to be happy. He wears jeans and a button down shirt. In the scene he is telling everyone that the lottery will be starting in five minutes. There are people siting behind the table, waiting to see what will happen next.
- Falling action
- In this scene there is a man picking a piece of paper out of a box. The first person that was picked was Mr Adam's. He is a kind, scared young man waiting to see what will happen next.
- Resolution
- In the auditorium the final man went to pick the last piece of paper. Mr summer´s starts to talk and says... ´´The final family that was chosen was... the Hutchinson family´´
- And the chosen family will be... the Hutchinsons
- In the auditorium everyone was starting to discuss the person in the family that was picked.
- It´s Tessie!
- No! This isn't fair!
- no, mama
- Finally the chosen one ´´Tessie´´ is being hit with rocks by the people in the village. She is crying and scared not wanting to die, but she did. That was how the story ended.
