I, sometimes, too, used social media and it brings me negative impacts. Those negative impacts stops me interacting with my in real world friends. But, I can't deny that I use this social media as an excuse to take a break from reality.

  • #2 WAYS ON HOW TO BEAT SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTION:Go travel. Go to a place that makes you feel home. Travelling helps a lot in having a break from devices. Wait for sunrises or witness the sunsets.
  • We frequently use social media to help ourselves feel better, as an escape or "harmless" self-medication for entertainment and laughter. The issue is that we tend to avoid the things that cause us tension or anxiety. Whether it's a difficulty at work, with a significant other, or with oneself, social media provides a band-aid to avoid facing the melody of reality.
