- Nancy, age 15, has been in hospital for the past four years. she watches other patients come and go like clockwork each day longing for her time to come.

- A new patient called Jonathan is arriving in the same bay as Nancy. He is one year younger than her and suffers from the same type of cancer.
- Jonathan is overjoyed when he receives the news that he has been chosen for the last radiotherapy treatment available on the NHS, but Nancy is filled rage and anger as she hears such heartbreaking news
- Jonathan is in the bathroom when Nancy hears a sudden scream echoing through the room. She opens the door and to her horror she sees Jonathan laying on the floor, still as a tomb.
- the nurses immediately accused Nancy. they knew she was filled with wrath and jealousy and knew she was capable of doing something so serious. The police were called to investigate the scene and to interrogate Nancy
- Nancy is now left in a jail cell, all alone, for something she didn't even do left thinking who did this? Why would they do such a thing? but most importantly why would they frame her?
