The Kiowa and Smallpox

- As Saynday walked along he realized that his home was no longer his home, the white men had taken it over, and it wouldn't be long until the Kiowa were forced to live the ways of the white men as well, to trap themselves in cages of their own making.
- Saynday decided he couldn't let himself fall to the whims of the white men, and so he decided to leave his village, to leave his people. But as he makes his escape he notices a figure on horse back heading towards him.
- The figure introduces himself as "Smallpox" and tells Saynday that he has come to bring the Kiowa to ruin, in a moment of panic for his people Saynday sends Smallpox for their rival tribe the Pawnees, but before Smallpox leaves he reveals his weakness, fire.
- Saynday hurries back to his village to warn his people of Smallpox and the destruction he will bring to them, so together they work to exploit Smallpox's weakness and protact the Kiowa people.
- They set fire to the plains around the camp, and with no other option, Smallpox passed over the Kiowa people.
