- Robert has not been pulling his weight on this group project with all associates and its holding us back but I don't know how to talk to him I think i'm going to talk to our team leader
- jennifer I really don't know what to do, robert is not pulling his weight on the project and it's holding us back and stressing the group.
- okay I will have a conversation with him and then we will all discuss this together, thank you for letting me know
- hey robert can we talk? So as you know the project presentation date is coming up and Kora has informed me that you have not done your part of the project which is frustrating for everyone.
- oh! I'm so sorry jennifer I really didn't know what I was supposed to do on this project I felt like there were too many people already doing things
- Jennifer the team leader explains how the work was split up and goes over everyones roles because people seem to be forgetting and she warns that they have a deadline and makes sure everyone understands what they need to do
- 2 days later, they all are finished the project and are now presenting it to their clients and the group is happy with the results of roberts work
