I'm fully aware of it, but the trash can is far away from me, and I don't want to miss my class, besides it's just one wrapper, it's not like I tossed out a bunch of garbage.

I'm getting your point that you would be late if you threw the trash properly. But the thing is that everyone of us also thinks the same way as you.

They also believe that the trash they will throw is only a small piece, but if everyone in the area shares their perspective, there will be a lot of filthy trash around the Earth.

Throwing garbage all over the place will not only dirty our surroundings and pollute the environment, making it very unhygienic, but also causes bad odours and encourages the infestation of cockroaches, flies and other insects
