- Todd is moving to a new apartment. He wants everything to go as smoothly as It can. He will finally be able to have everything he hoped for.
- Todd is moving to a new place. He wants to make sure that the ramp's angle will allow easiness. He uses the measurements of the ramp (5 ft.) and how far the truck is off the ground (3 ft.). Todd finds out that he can use cosine to figure what angle he needs to use the ramp for efficient moving.x = Tan-1(3/5) in which x = 31o

- Oh no. It seems to have started raining. Todd can't move around like this while it's raining. He must go and hide from the rain.
- Todd looks outside from the garage. He sees the storm brewing from the sky that is 18 miles up. Todd is looking at the sky at a 45 degree angle. He is trying to figure out how far away is the storm really is. He uses Sine to find out how far away the storm is. 18/Sin 45 = x so x=25.5. The storm is 25.5 miles away and 18 miles up.
- Sine
- Todd realizes he can shield himself from the rain. He thinks about what angle he needs for the rain not to hit his face. All he has to do is walk 6 ft. to his car to get fully out of the rain and do a small move-in. The rain has gotten closer than before. The rain is now 1300 ft. in the air.
