- Wow, I never knew that drinking alcohol did that to your body. I agree that we should stop drinking it.
- Actually, alcohol belongs to a group of drugs called depressants. A depressant when in a drug slows down the activity of organs in the body.
- Also drinking alcohol while you brain is still developing can result in long term side effects like, damage to organs such as the stomach, liver, pancreas, and heart. Worst of all though is that you can gain long term memory and learning problems. You can also make illnesses you already have much worse. Lastly you can gain an addiction or dependency on alcohol.
- Also, the more alcohol, you drink, the more you have to drink for the desired effect, making you drink more and more and more.
- Oh, I didn't know all of that. Now that I am properly informed I think I should stop drinking. I don't want it to negatively affect my life.
- Hey guys! I'm sorry but I'm not going out to get drinks with you guys. Also... I don't think you guys should be getting drinks either.
