- Act II Scene 1
- Romeo climbs over a wall to get to the mansion of Capulet to see Juliet. He finds her on her balcony and overhears Juliet declare her love for Romeo and starts talking about marriage. They speak of changing their last names and ending their parent's riots if it means they can be together.
- Act II Scene 5
- Soon after Romeo leaves Juliet, he arrives at Friar Laurence's home. Romeo tells Friar that he had forgotten of Rosaline but now had fallen in love with Capulet's daughter. Friar Laurence is confused and tells Romeo that men don´t love women in their hearts but in their eyes (because of their looks not them).
- Act II Scene 6
- In this scene, Romeo is hiding from Benvolio and Mercutio. Meanwhile, Mercutio is making fun of "love" as well as Romeo because of his ideas on love. Eventually, they both decide to go their separate ways and both head home.
- Act II Scene 2
- Madam!
- In this part of the scene, Juliet sends the Nurse to see if Romeo had made plans for their marriage. The Nurse comes back three hours later and says that her back hurts and her head was throbbing. Juliet returns the favour by massaging the Nurse's back for her.
- In scene 6, Romeo is telling Friar Laurence that whenever he sees Juliet his heart fills with joy. Friar replies with a small speech saying how love can burn up and end quickly if you go too fast. Juliet appears the two in love say how much they love each other and Friar tells them to quickly go with him to get married.
- In this part of the scene, the Nurse calls Juliet from the balcony where she is talking to Romeo. Juliet says goodnight and Romeo start to leave. Juliet returns to the window and whispers to Romeo about sending a message the next day. She leaves again and returns back. Then finally, leaves Romeo and head inside.
