- My learning experience during my first few weeks can be compared to a lost child at a carnival trying to find his parents, confused, scared and worried on all the work I might miss.
- As time went by I tried to get the hang of things by continuously practicing the interactive tool given to our availability. From there my learning experience has been good as it has added value to me as a student. I felt at home with time.
- Throughout my academic year I have learnt many things as an academia. I have learnt that for every academic writing you must acknowledge the source and the author by referencing.
- Surprisingly, I have learnt how to debate, which has improved my critical thinking skills and emotional control.
- I also learnt to summarize texts given and understand the reasons behind a summary, recently learnt how to analyze a text and conclude by analyzing what I have found while reading which is interesting.
- What I have noticed throughout my academic year is that modules blend together therefore what I have learned in my LES module have once been implemented in my MAPS module. I will use what I have learned in most of my academic writings to obtain better mark. I will also implement this in a workplace whereby analysis may be needed for.(example)
