- As an elected steward, Andy perfoms a pivotal position withinside the union organisatition. she is the principle hyperling among the individuals she represents and her union. as a hyperlink she has to speak each ways, she has to tell her union of what is taking place with their individual and tell participants what is taking place with the unions.
- So we elect Andy to be our shop steward

- These workers are complaning about their health and safety as the lady mentioned that the machines are too loud and it seems like they dont even have enough safety clothes as it is also cold.
