- A fathers endless LoveA boy named Xavier has grown up all his life with his parents named Sebastian and Mary and his older brother Raphael in a wealthy and sophisticated house in Norway. One day they decide to go on a hiking trip in the mountains. On their way Xavier asks his parents for money, being the loving and unquestioning parents they are, they send him $100, he thanks them and they reach their destination. When finished unpacking Sebastian gets a notification that $100 had been spent from Xaviers account, Raphael soon walks up to his father and ridicules him for being so naive and giving Xavier the money. Sebastian answers back and says that he trusts him, Raphael scoffs and abruptly leaves as he sees his mother walk up. She greets Raphael as he goes past and walks up to Sebastian seeing as he is staring at his phone, she asks him if he is ok and after seeing her he switches off his phone and puts it in his pocket assuring that he is ok Mary laughs and walks away. The family start trekking the trail on the mountain cracking a few jokes here and there but it takes a sour turn when Xavier asks for more money, Sebastian remembering the notification hesitates but Mary reassures him that he should trust Sebastian so he does and send $100 to his account, Raphael after seeing this sighs a sigh of disappointment and walks away. They hike for hours until it turns dark and the family decide that they should camp out to do some family bonding during this time Sebastian gets another alert saying that the $100 given to Xavier was just spent he pays no attention and gets back to the moment. All is well until Xavier as usual asks for more money but this time seeing Raphael in the back says no making Xavier furious he screams that Sebastian doesn’t love him but Sebastian snaps back showing the alerts, making Xavier go silent. Mary walks in on them screaming and Sebastian explains everything, ridiculing Xavier until Xavier can’t handle it anymore that he screams at everyone even starting the birds on the trees running away after finishing his rant. Mary tries to run after him but Raphael stops her glaring at his father with a reassuring smile. Xavier while running realises that he doesn’t know where he is and doesn’t know how to survive in this environment as he was accustomed to his fulfilling house, he drops to his knees and weeps but he senses a breeze of wind, he is out of options so he follows it. The family are still in the forest waiting for Xavier to come back until one day they see him walking to them they run to catch him and he collapses in their arms apologising for what he did to them.
