स्टोरीबोर्ड पाठ

  • Exposition
  • We must rebel against Man and make our own equal society!
  • Conflict
  • KEEP WORKING, ANIMAL!
  • Rising Action
  • Vote for Napoleon and the full manager
  • Vote for Snowball and the three day week
  • In the beginning of the story, Old Major, a respected 12 year old boar, makes a speech about how mankind abuse animals and the idea of a rebellion against them. Three days after his speech, he dies, and the animals prepare to rebel against their owner, Mr. Jones.
  • Climax
  • Comrades! Now that Snowball has abandoned you, I am now your leader! You will only obey me, and no one else!
  • Mr. Jones, a drunk old farmer, treats his animals horribly. He starves them everyday and overloads them with work. The animals are tired of his oppression towards them and rebel against him, kicking him out of the farm (animals versus Mr. Jones).
  • Falling Action
  • KEEP WORKING! We won't have enough food if you stop, so continue you work!
  • The pigs, being the most intelligent animals in the farm, take control of the planning and government in the farm. They create 7 commandments that summarize Old Major's teachings. Then two pigs, Napoleon and Snowball, start to argue over the decisions made in the farm. This begins a competition for power in the farm.
  • Resolution
  • The struggle for power finally ends when Napoleon kicks Snowball off the farm with his guard dogs. He declares that he is now the leader of Animal Farm, and that the pigs are the only ones who are able to make decisions in the farm, with Napoleon's approval.
  • Napoleon starts abusing his power and slaughtering every animal that doesn't obey him. This causes confusion to rise between the animals. Squealer, Napoleon's most loyal pig, then justifies Napoleon's actions by manipulating the animals into supporting him. Napoleon also makes the animals work hard, while the pigs do nothing.
  • The common animals start to realize the difference between them and the pigs. It is clear now that the pigs are superior over the other animals. The pigs also start to take on human qualities like walking upright. As the animals compare the pigs and the humans, they can no longer differentiate between them.
