- Climax: Mary felt betrayed, she is out of control and furious. She takes the lamb and hits Patrick in the back of the head with it, killing him and leaving his body on the floor.
- So I've killed him
- Hullo Sam, I want some potatoes and a can of peas, Patrick doesn't want to eat out tonight
- Mary heads to the grocery store to build her alibi, acting casual and normal so there wouldn't be any suspicion
- He'll like cheesecake... Good night Mrs. Maloney and thank you.
- Falling action: Mary calls the police acting sad and shocked after “finding” her husband dead. The detectives show up to Mary’s house and search for evidence.
- I'm afraid he is, what happened?
- Is he dead?
- Jack, one of the detectives comforts Mary as she tells the story while the other detectives examine the murder scene.
- I want to sit right here. Jack, would you mind giving me a drink?
- You better lie down. Look Mrs. Maloney, you know that over of yours is still on and the meat still inside.
- Mary convinces the detectives to eat the lamb as a favor to her, little do they know what the real favor is.
- Why don't you eat up this lamb, it'll be cooked just right by now.
- I think it's here on the premises, should be easy to find.
- The police eat the evidence while talking about where the murder weapon is. Mary giggles in the other room as she gets away with murder.
