I was actually wondering if you could show me some methods being used for conservation of soil here?
When I was in Haryana then I was working in an NGO and used to participate in activities being conducted on conservation of soil.

Since we mainly grow rice, maize soya bean, cotton, chilies and turmeric; Most part of the soil is red gravely soils.

We farmers adopted the process of counter ploughing, grass bund, soil bund, drainage ditch, silt application and plantation to prevent soil erosion.
