- We anti-federalists are simply am afraid that a strong government will lead to an abuse of power, like we had under the British. While I don't agree with you, I think I have an idea to help us reach a consensus. If we can implement a Bill of Rights to help protect personal freedoms.
- We federalists do not want that either. In fact, we are doing our best to prevent it. We simply have different tactics to do so. However, I think we can somehow incorporate a Bill of Rights to help protect the people.
- A consensus was eventually reached and the Constitution was ratified, along with a Bill of Rights.
