Beginning
Fourth Grade Rats takes place at the school.
Climax
The main characters are Joey, Suds, and Judy.
Ending
Now that they are in fourth grade, Joey wants Suds to become a rat but Joey would rather be an Angel.
Joey realizes that he doesn't want to be a rat, when he gets stuck in the tree trying to get Judy's cat.
Joey apologizes to Suds for trying to turn him into a rat. They both decide to be themselves and not rats.
