- roderick: I keep getting worse allen; itll get better
- Allen Poe received a letter from Roderick saying he needed help because Medeline and him were the last Ushers . Poe entered the house. The house has very scary and crackled furniture. Rodrick was very sick and doing very bad mentally.
- climax
- They thought Madeline was dead so they just put her in a coffin. They put Madeline in the basement for couple days because they couldn't put her in the ground until a doctor came and she made sure that she was dead.
- falling action

- Roderick became worse and worse each time. When the night came they heard many noises in the basement causing them to be scared. The noises kept growing louder and louder and eventually they went to check.
- resolution
- When she got out of the basement she opened the door and saw roderick. Madeline had many blood in her dress and in all her body. Roderick got scared and after that Madeline walked towards him.
- Madeline leaps upon Roderick and they all fall to the floor. In shock they didn't move and this caused them both to consciously die, then the narrator runs from the house.
- The narrator experiences the houses collapse and dissapear
