- Around 748 million people worldwide don't get access to essential needs like food, water & healthcare. Let's discuss some innovative solutions on how to end poverty.
- Good morning Students! Today, we'll talk about poverty and how we can end it.
- We must help the poor in getting access to clean water. An organisation called 'Practical Action' developed solar powered water pumps in Kenya to help villagers. We must also create such technologies to help poor community here.
- Providing Access to Clean Water
- The very farmers who feed us, do not have enough food for themselves. We can work to together to change this situation. We could invent new seeds, new mobile technology and open new data centres to help farmers connect their crop prices and understand weather variability. This can help us do something transformational against hunger and poverty.
- Using Innovative Farming Technologies
- Many children, especially girls, don't get access to proper education. We must do something about it. Coming up with innovative solutions like solar-powered computers and projectors can enable distance learning in poor areas.
- Providing Good Quality Education to All
- Well done students! Those are some really innovative solutions for eradicating poverty! Hopefully we can work together and achieve a poverty-free world.
