- Jane enjoying a book .She could be anybody's daughter .Jane is a girl who is 14 years old with a damaged leg ,and couldn't attend school yet, living in a poor house with her old parents .

- jane is growing up in a poverty with her old parents ,She has to work in peoples homes and restaurants so that there is enough money for her self and her parents to eat and live.
- The woman who helped jane
- Every night when she goes back to home after a tiring day , jane dreams her self going and studying in school with her friends .
- Jane new challange
- Jane asked her parents to send her to school , but they cannot afford it .Even attending the local government school costs for things like uniform ,books ... and the money she affords from her work would be lost.
- One day , while she was working in the restaurant and she was exhausted , a woman saw her .She felt pity that a girl of her age was working and not in school , and when the women learned janes story , she wanted to help her by sending her to one of her schools with a scholar ship
- Finally jane became a student , she was so happy , excited and ready to start her new challange .
